Tom graduated from LSU in 1981 with a degree in Business Administration. He worked for a major brokerage company for several years before joining a regional accounting firm and becoming a CPA. He began his technology career shortly thereafter installing and supporting networks and accounting systems.

As a co-founder and CEO of NetTech, Tom handles all of the financial aspects of the business as well as systems, processes, and product development.

Tom has lived in multiple states and overseas growing up as and Air Force brat, but eventually landed in Shreveport Louisiana. He loves traveling with his wife to visit his 3 children and 9 grandchildren, spending time outdoors, playing both golf and tennis.

A personal note from Tom: I am very passionate about NetTech, our team, and the work we do. We strive daily to deliver the best service and support possible. We go way beyond the technology aspects of a business and try to create long lasting partnerships with our clients. Never satisfied, we continue to explore future technologies and services that will assist our clients in their pursuit of successful businesses.

Andy began his career working for several successful IT firms across north Louisiana. During this time Andy gained extensive experience in both the technical and business side of the technology industry. In 2004, Andy joined three of his current partners as founding members of NetTech, a collaboration between four of the area’s most experienced networking and technology professionals.

As a co-founder and President of NetTech, Andy is responsible for day-to-day operations of the business, product development, and strategic direction.

Andy is from Delhi Louisiana, and is a 1999 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Andy loves spending time with his wife and two children. He is also an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, traveling and outdoor exploration.

A personal note from Andy: I love my job and the team we have assembled at NetTech. I sincerely enjoy coming to work every day and personally interacting with our clients and our team. The ownership team and I are very excited about NetTech and the products and services we offer. Ray began his technology career in 1999 when he started working for several of the area’s prominent IT firms. At this time, he was exposed to a diverse set of IT environments and a broad client base. In 2004, Ray was one of NetTech’s founding members, joining three other partners in a collaboration between four of the area’s most experienced networking and technology professionals.

Based in the Monroe office, Ray’s current role is vice president of Service Delivery, where he is responsible for the day to day allocation of technical and personnel resources for both on-demand service requests and large coordinated projects. Ray also oversees our Quality Control and Client Relationship programs, ensuring that the services we provide our clients deliver maximum value and client satisfaction.

A West Monroe native, Ray served in the Marine Corps from 1988-1992. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His other interests include soccer and playing music.

A personal note from Ray: Each day at NetTech brings new opportunities and challenges. It is rewarding to be part of a team that is prepared to deal with both.

Cody is a 2003 graduate of Louisiana Tech University in Computer Information Systems. He began working at Business Technology Group in September of 2003 and achieved partner in January of 2014. Recently Cody joined NetTech as part of the 2017 NetTech-BTG merger.

Based in the Ruston office, Cody is in charge of maintaining our Client Experience. He is responsible for our Client Experience team, which provides high quality, technically capable experiences to our clients, as well as CIO-level interaction with client management & ownership groups. Cody also directs and oversees NetTech Managed Services personnel as well as our automation & monitoring team.

Cody loves spending time with his wife and children, personal development, traveling, golf, and physical fitness.

A personal note from Cody: I am very excited to be a partner at NetTech, and I am looking forward to the continued growth of NetTech as the premier IT services company in the South. I know in the future my role will grow and evolve, and that’s part of what makes it a great time to be in the world of IT!

Aaron started out as an intern in the IT department of WPS Industries, Inc. After graduation he was hired full-time and was responsible for the multi-site enterprise network for WPS Industries and its many subsidiaries. In the early days of his career Aaron received trial-by-fire training. In 2003, with a foundation of successful “big company” IT experience he co-founded Business Technology Group (BTG) to help businesses of all sizes with their IT systems.

Based in the Ruston Office, Aaron serves at NetTech’s vice president of Security. He is responsible for our Cyber Security program and products, which provides our clients with top-tier, cutting edge cyber security technology and protection. Aaron also oversees our Managed Voice products.

Aaron is from Vidalia, Louisiana, and is a 1998 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, coaching both of his kids’ ball teams, going to the lake in the summers and duck hunting in the winter.

A personal note from Aaron: It is not work if you love what you do! I genuinely love designing and implementing technology solutions that help our clients accomplish their business goals. The NetTech/BTG merger forms an all-star team of the finest IT professionals in North Louisiana and I am proud to be part of it.
